About the course
Welcome to Chitrakathi Art School’s 1-year comprehensive program designed for young artists aged 5 to 13 years. Our Level-1 program offers a nurturing environment where kids can explore their creativity and develop a wide range of artistic skills.

Our program is structured into several key areas, ensuring a well-rounded artistic education for young minds:
Basic Drawing & Sketching
- Landscape Drawings: Learn to capture the beauty of nature with pencil and paper.

Shading Variation
- Shading with Pencils: Master the techniques of pencil shading to add depth and dimension.
- Shading with Oil Pastels: Explore the vibrant world of oil pastels for rich, textured shading.
- Shading with Color Pencils: Learn to blend and layer colors for smooth transitions and effects.
Cartoons & Caricature

Imaginative Composition
